2. The Karaoke contest, a way for non-profits to win money, will be held on Run Day this year.
1st Place - $1,000: Gaston County Medical Alliance
2nd Place - $500: Lowell Elementary PTO
3rd Place - $250: Belmont Historical Society
People's Choice - $1,000: Gaston County Medical Alliance
3. Participating non-profits are encouraged to set up a booth on Run Day to highlight their mission and good works in Gaston County. A People's Choice award of $1,000 will be given to the top booth vote winner on Run Day.
People's Choice: Gaston School of the Arts
4. A special Spirit Awards Committee may grant additional monetary award based on non-profit participation and volunteer efforts.
