This program is designed to help either a traditional student or returning adult student complete a four-year undergraduate degree that are accepted and enrolled at NC State University in the College of Physical & Mathematical Sciences or College of Engineering.
The program has been developed to honor Max J. Fowler’s lifelong devotion to community education and the field of engineering.
The applicant must be a resident of Gaston or Cleveland counties.
