2026 Community Grants Cycle Is Open!

A key role of Gaston Community Foundation is to match donor funds with promising projects across Gaston County.

To help accomplish this, we invite nonprofit organizations to submit their needs and ideas that will allow them to fulfill or enhance their mission, which ultimately improves the quality of life for our region’s citizens.

Through a careful review process, the Foundation’s board and staff work together to award grants that strengthen the nonprofit sector with program and organizational support. In simplest terms, GCF grants are an investment in the future of our community.

The Community Grant Cycle will be open June 1 – June 30. The deadline to submit an application is Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 11:59 pm.

Visit the grants page for the grant application.

For additional information, please contact Grants and Scholarships Officer, Nina Greene.
